South Africans wanting to go to France
Due to technical reasons or busy circunstances, the Visa Section could be closed without prior notice, either forced to limit the number of applications daily accepted.

and Official Passport's owners :
Since the 15th of December 2003, national's of the Republic of South Africa bearing South African diplomatic or official passports shall have access, without a visa, to France and to French overseas departments, as well as to the departmental unit of Mayotte, the territorial unit of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, New Caledonia, French Polynesia and Territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands and the Territory of the French Southern and Antarctic Lands, for visits amounting to not more than three months within a period of six months starting from the date of first entry (download the Agreement here).
